- Western Blot: IKK gamma Antibody (46B844) [NB100-56532] - Analysis using NEMO (IKKgamma) antibody. Lysate from human Jurkat cells probed with NEMO antibody at 2 ug/ml. The goat anti-mouse IgG1 HRP secondary and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
