Anti-DNMT3L Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. This monoclonal antibody is specific for human DNMT3L protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with DNMT3L from human based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against DNMT3a or DNMT3B. Cross-reactivity with DNMT3L from other sources has not been determined. Epigenetics research.

Western Blot of Mouse anti-DNMT3L antibody. Lane 1: human tissue mix. Lane 2: none. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: DNMT3L antibody at 1:1000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800™ mouse secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4°C. Predicted/Observed size: 43.6 kDa, ~45 kDa for DNMT3L. Other band(s): none.
