- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Rap2A/B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Rap2A/B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4698) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human Rap2A and Rap2B (5 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for Rap2A/B was detected at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
