- Western Blot: HABP1/C1QBP/GC1q R Antibody (1G7) [NBP2-42691] - The recombinant protein(50ng) and cell lysates(40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human C1QBP antibody (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
