- This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at -20C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
- Handling
- Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.Immunohistochemistry: use at 1-10ug/ml on paraffin-embedded tissues with heat-induced antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (10mM, pH 6.0, 10 minutes). Immunoblotting: use at 1-10ug/ml HGAL mRNA and protein expression in lysates of indicated cell lines. Actin served as a loading control. These are recommended concentrations. Endusers should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
