Experimental details

Human PBMCs were incubated for 18 hours in media alone (top) or with LPS (bottom) in the presence of monensin and brefeldin A. Cells were then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with 162Dy-anti-CD69 and 47Sm-anti-IL-6 (MQ2-13A5).
