- Western blot analysis of SAA4 in Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a SAA4 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29549) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:15 kDa. Observed band size:14 kDa.

- Immunofluorescence staining of Human SAA4 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with SAA4 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (1) (Product # MA5-29549, 1:60) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Flow cytometric analysis of Human SAA4 expression on HepG2 cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with SAA4 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (1) (Product # MA5-29549), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
