- Western blot analysis of ZNF621 was performed by loading Human 2-3 grade bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a ZNF621 antibody (Product # PA5-51316) at a 1/250 dilution for 1 second, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
