- Detection of Human Eps8 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, MDA-MB-468 human breast cancer cell line, and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Eps8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5529) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Eps8 at approximately 97 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
