- Western blot analysis of anti-PKN Pab in HeLa cell lysate. PKN was detected at 104 kDa (arrow) using purified Pab. A protein of unknown identity was also detected at 60 kDa. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
