Description

Reconstitute with 0.5 mL PBS containing 0.1% BSA. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. Prior to reconstitution, store at 4ºC. After reconstitution, store undiluted at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. This biotinylated human IL-8 antibody may be used in a direct ELISA or as the detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA with PA1-86581 as the capture reagent. Rabbit anti Human Interleukin-8 antibody recognizes human IL-8 (Interleukin-8), a 72 amino acid pro-inflammatory CXC chemokine designated CXCL8, secreted by endothelial cells and monocytes, which acts as a major chemoattractant for neutrophils and also T cells and basophils.
