- Chemotaxis Induced by IL-8/CXCL8 and Neutral-ization by Feline IL-8/CXCL8 Antibody. Recombinant Feline CXCL8/IL-8 (Catalog # 2277-FL) chemo-attracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Feline IL-8/CXCL8 (20 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Feline IL-8/CXCL8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2277). The ND50 is typically 0.08-0.32 µg/mL.
