- Chemotaxis Induced by IL-8/CXCL8 and Neutralization by Porcine IL-8/CXCL8 Antibody. Recombinant Porcine IL-8/CXCL8 (Catalog # 535-IN) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Porcine IL-8/CXCL8 (50 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Porcine CXCL8/IL-8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB535). The ND50 is typically 0.2-1.0 µg/mL.
