- Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL6/GCP-2 and Neutral-ization by Human CXCL6/ GCP-2 Antibody. Recombinant Human CXCL6/ GCP-2 (Catalog # 333-GC) induces chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Under these conditions, chemotaxis elicited by CXCL6/GCP-2 is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CXCL6/GCP-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB333). The ND50 is typically 8-30 μg/mL.
