Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SHMT1 antibody NBP2-32173 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. SHMT1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SHMT1 antibody BL15560. For blotting immunoprecipitated SHMT1, NBP2-32173 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
