- Expression of KV6.1 in rat cerebellum. Immunohistochemical staining of immersion-fixed, free floating rat brain frozen sections using Anti-KV6.1 (extracellular) antibody , (1:200). A. KV6.1 is detected in rat cerebellum (red). Staining is apparent in Purkinje neurons (arrow) and in the molecular layer (Mol). B. Cell nuclei in the same section are stained with DAPI (blue). C.
