Experimental details

Total cell lysate from human HeLa cells (lane 1), HepG2 cells (lane 2), and SY5Y cells (lane 3) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-BRD4 (clone 5C10D05) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP Goat anti-mouse IgG Antibody and chemiluminescence detection.
