Western Blot: Extracts of 293E cells nontransfected (Lane A) and transfected with hZBP-1 (Lane B) were resolved by eletrophoresis, trasferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-ZBP-1 Antibody Cat.-No AM33076PU (Clone RONOB19). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rat IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
