- Detection of Human ZBP1/DLM-1/DAI by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and human tonsil tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ZBP1/DLM-1/DAI Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6309) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for ZBP1/DLM-1/DAI at approximately 30-60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
