- Detection of Human/Mouse PKC alpha by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cell line, and Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse PKC alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5340) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for PKC alpha at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
