- Western Blot: HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human CST8 (RC210130) with C-terminal MYC tag stained with ARG65310 anti-Cystatin 8 (aa 100-112) antibody (1ug/ml) in Lane A overexpressing HEK293 cell lysate standed with anti-MYC Tag (1/1000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 stained with ARG65310 anti-Cystatin 8 (aa 100-112) antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour.
