Experimental details

Recombinant human CCL22 chemoattracts Baf3-hCCR4 transfectants in a dose dependent manner (black squares). Anti-human CCL22 monoclonal antibody (purple circles) neutralizes the chemoattraction of Baf3-hCCR4 transfectants induced by recombinant human CCL22 (1.2 ng/ml). The ND50 = 1.5 – 4.5 µg/ml.
