- HEK293 cells were transfected with an expression vector encoding either human FcRn (green curve) or murine FcRn (blue curve). Untransfected HEK293 cells were used as a negative control (red curve). Binding of DVN24 was detected with a PE conjugated secondary antibody. A positive signal was obtained with human and with murine FcRn transfected cells.* DVN24 generally shows weaker reactivity towards mouse than human FcRn (Derry C.
