Antigen

A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of human NMDAR2B (GRIN2B) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The antigen is homologous in mouse and rat.

Description

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
