- Western Blot: GRK2 Antibody [NB100-2831] - Staining of Daudi cell lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Antibody at 2 ug/mL. Detected by chemiluminescence. Approx 80 kDa band (calculated MW of 79.7 kDa according to NP_001610.1). An additional band of unknown identity was observed in some lysates at 48 kDa and was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
