- The lysates of Jurkat (lane 1) and rat serum (lane 2) (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with IL12B monoclonal antibody, clone AT1D6 (Cat # MAB2067) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
