Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NUP214 antibody (Product # A300-717A; lot A300-717A-1) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. NUP214 was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-NUP214 antibody (Product # A300-716A). For blotting immunoprecipitated NUP214, Product # A300-717A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
