PA1-24285 detects 5-HT3A receptor in human samples. PA1-24285 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. Dilute using 5% skim milk/PBS buffer mixture. The PA1-24285 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human HTR3A. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
