- Detection of Human and Mouse PRMT1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line and Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human PRMT1 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6016) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PRMT1 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
