- CYR61 antibody detects CYR61 protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 1x Brefeldin A treatment for 24 hrs) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CYR61 antibody (GTX103669) diluted by 1:1000.
