- Western blot was performed using Anti-DLL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19106) and an 80 kDa band corresponding to DLL1 was observed across tissues. Tissue extracts (50 µg lysate) of Mouse Heart (Lane 1), Mouse Spleen (Lane 2), Rat Heart (Lane 3), Rat Spleen (Lane 4) or Mouse Testis (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Rabbit anti-Goat IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27014, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

- Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, using a Polyclonal DLL1 Antibody (Product # PA5-19106). Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic/membrane staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

- Flow cytometric analysis of DLL1 in HeLa cells using a polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-19106). HeLa cells (blue line) were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. The primary antibody was incubated for one hour (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
