- Western blot analysis of BCL9 in (Lane 1) mouse spleen lysates (20 µg), (Lane 2) human testis lysates (20 µg). Samples were probed with a BCL9 Antibody (N-Term) (Product # PA5-49466) at 1:2000 dilution, followed by Secondary Goat Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10000. Dilution Predicted band size: 149 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunofluorecent analysis of BCL9 in human cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma HeLa cells. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) at a 1:25 dilution, followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat rabbit IgG (NK179883) secondary antibody at 1:200 dilution (green). Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin (PD18466410) at 1:100 dilution (red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
