- Detection of Human CRABP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, MDA-MB-468 human breast cancer cell line, and T47D human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human CRABP2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5740) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for CRABP2 at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
