- Detection of Human MLK2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and U266 human myeloma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human MLK2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5066) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for MLK2 at approximately 104 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
