- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat ROCK2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, DA3 mouse myeloma cell line, CH-1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat ROCK2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4790) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for ROCK2 at approximately 160 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
