- Western blot of HEK293 lysate overexpressing TANK1/Tankyrase (lane 2) and TANK2 (lane 4) tested with Tankyrase antibody at 0.5ug/ml. Mock transfection is in lane 1 and lane 3 is empty. Lower panel shows the same lysates tested for alpha-Actin (loading control).
