- Detection of human GRAMD1A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GRAMD1A antibody A304-159A (lot A304-159A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GRAMD1A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GRAMD1A antibodies A304-158A and A304-160A. For blotting immunoprecipitated GRAMD1A, A304-160A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
