- GAMT antibody [N1C3] detects GAMT protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 £gg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GAMT antibody [N1C3] (GTX114420) diluted at 1:500.
