- Detection of Human Skp2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Skp2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6817) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for Skp2 at approximately 45 and 48 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
