Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LILRA4/ILT7 is observed and less than 15% cross-reactivity with rhILT3 and rhILT5 is observed.
