- Western Blot: 1. Rat kidney tissue lysate 2. 3T3 cell lysate 3,4. Jurkat cell lysate stained with anti-Dectin-1 antibody (ARG20288). The antibody recognizes 28 kDa of Dectin-1 from samples of human origins. A ~16 kDa monomeric form and a 43 kDa glycoprotein can also be detected.
