- Immunoblot analysis of rat eye extracts were resolved by electrophoresis , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with CRYAA monoclonal antibody , clone c9F2 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1054) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a DAP detection system. Arrow indicates CRYAA (~ 20 kDa) .
