- Western blot Analysis: Whole cell lysates (lane 1: COS-7; lane 2: human M-cadherin overexpressed in COS-7 cells) were applied to SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF membrane. The blot was probed with 0.5μg/ml GTX44915 for 1 hour at RT and developed by ECL (exp. Time: 30 sec).
