Western blot analysis of EREG expression in human placenta extract (lane 1) and HEPG2 whole cell lysates (lane 2). EREG at 20 kD was detected using rabbit anti- EREG Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
