- Detection of Human/Mouse SLAIN1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, human cerebellum tissue, and BG01V human embryonic stem cells. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse SLAIN1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5638) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for SLAIN1 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- SLAIN1 in D3 Mouse Cell Line. SLAIN1 was detected in immersion fixed D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line using 10 µg/mL Human/Mouse SLAIN1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5638) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
