Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-E2F8 antibody A303-039A (lot A303-039A-2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. E2F8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-E2F8 antibodies BL11013 and BL11014. For blotting immunoprecipitated E2F8, A303-039A was used at 1 µg/ml.
