Method: Endogenous SLP-2 (green) (up) and endogenous mitochondrial HSP70 (red) (middle) were detected in methanol fixed HeLa cells using PAb to SLP-2 (Prod. - Detection of endogenous SLP-2 using PAb to SLP-2 (Prod. No. ALX-210-940). Method: Total protein extracts from HeLa cell line were run on SDS-PAGE and SLP-2 was detected by PAb to SLP-2 at 1:1'000 dilution.
