Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line and A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Lactase-like Protein/LCTL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47801) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Lactase-like Protein/LCTL at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Experimental details

Western blot analysis of LCTL in A549 human lung carcinoma cell line and A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in LCTL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47801) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody.
