- Simple Western: TMPRSS2 Antibody [NBP1-20984] - Simple Western lane view (A) and electropherogram view (B) show recombinant human TMPRSS2 Protein (Catalog # H00007113-Q01) loaded at a serial dilution. A specific band was detected for TMPRSS2 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated) using 1:50 of Goat Polyclonal (Catalog # NBP1-20984). (C) The calculated dynamic range had an R-squared value of 0.9997 with assay sensitivity down to 6.2 ng/mL. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
