Description

PA3-101 detects the glycine-binding protein. PA3-101 has been used successfully in Western blot ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation procedures. In Western blot analysis of rat brain synaptic membranes this antibody detects a ~60 kDa protein representing glycine-binding protein. The PA3-101 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the glycine-binding region residues C(311) G E R N E S F T E E G L D L H(326) of rat GBP.
